KING, Douglas Stuart  (J/4824)

Native from Buenos Aires. Missing in action 30th December 1940 (age24) on a daylight raid to Brest naval base. His Halifax bomber B II (L9615) was severely hit by flak, and though they got away they had to ditch 20 miles off the Devon coast. Son of Douglas and Inez G. King of Krabbé King & Co and Estancia Ñanderoga, Pila, Prov. Bs As. Left Argentina 27th September 1940.
