Native of Bernal, Buenos Aires. Killed on Active Service (instruction stage) 11th May 1941 (age 21) during the last German "blitz" of the Battle of Britain. Son of Alexander and Eveline Ross, of Bernal, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Educated at St Andrew's Scots School. (www.sanandres.esc.edu.ar/). Left Argentina 1st July 1940.
