Native from Buenos Aires. Killed in action 21st February 1944 (age 28). His Lancaster (JB312) was involved in a mid-air collision whilst leaving the target area of Stuttgart. Badly damaged the aircraft crashed 300 yards short of the runway on return to base. Son of George and Nellie Emerson; husband of Gwyneth Sybil Emerson, of Hampstead, London.
